Greta Berlings
First Appearance: Original Episode #1
Species: Reindeer
Gender: Female
Age: 31
Greta moved to Carlson's Corners back in 2005, along with her friend Elsie, back when they were both members in the 70's rock band
Silver Stopper. However, the two people who had created the band, Brent and Ramana, had a falling out and soon everyone went their
separate ways, moving away from Carlson's Corners and returning to their hometowns. Greta and Elsie decided to stay, trying to
make it on their own, sharing an apartment and working full-time. Greta managed to get a position as an office assistant/data entry
specialist and worked at her job until one day she was let go with no warning or explanation. Thankfully, her efforts at teaching
Kaylie how to skate as a car-hop at B.W.'s Burgers managed to help Greta secure full-time employment there, where she currently
works. Greta has developed an attraction for Wes, but now that it appears Kaylie is dating him, not to mention that Scott has
returned to Carlson's Corners and asked Greta out, it seems that her life has taken yet another wrong turn. Further
complicating matters is that Elsie left suddenly, without an explanation, and left Greta with the apartment.
However, Kaylie has offered to be Greta's roommate, although it's a strange thing to have your romantic rival be your roommate
as well, but being the mature reindeer she is, Greta weathers everything as best she can.
Greta enjoys wearing mid-riff shirts and bell-bottom jeans. She also enjoys wearing a sassy pair of brown boots. Compared
to other reindeer, Greta has very small antlers, a fact that she is very sensitive about. During her
adolescent years, Greta also was slightly overweight, wore glasses and even had braces, so she endured quite a bit of teasing.
While calm and mature most of the time, Greta has a wild side, something that has exhibited itself in the fact that she loves to
play intense video games, her short-lived career as a drummer, and that she played roller football with Elsie years ago.
